Vicious kidnap kingpin Henry Chibueze, a.k.a Vampire meets waterloo

30-year-old most dreaded, vicious and deadly kidnap kingpin and notorious Armed Robber, Henry Chibueze A.K.A Vampire, has met his end.

We gathered that he was killed around 01.20 hours this morning in Omu Awa Forest, Ikwere L.G.A of Rivers State when members of the IGP Intelligence Response Team (IRT), who were deployed to Imo State, by the IGP, Ibrahim Idris, engaged his group in a gun duel.

Henry Chibueze a.k.a Vampire was rescued from prison custody on 27th January, 2017, when some gunmen believed to be his gang members invaded the Owerri High Court in Imo State.

Five members of the gang were also arrested and caches of arms and ammunitions recovered from them.
According to a Facebook post on the official page of the Nigeria Police Force, the five-member gang who are already in Police custody comprise Obinna Ela, Arinze Abecheta, Chukwu Ebuka, Samuel Ugochukwu and Clifford Aheana.

The notorious gang was said to be responsible for several kidnap and armed robbery attacks in Imo, Abia, Rivers, Delta and other States of the South-South/South-East that led to several innocent people being killed by the gang.
